  4.   1)  To set up your data disk you must
  5.       select option (I) from the Main
  6.       Menu.
  7.

  9.   2)  Without the main program on the
  10.       data disk, you should be able to
  11.       store about 3300 records
  12.       consisting of name, address and
  13.       zipcode.
  14.  
  15.  
  16.   3)  The Delete Records function and
  17.       the Add Records function use
  18.       a batching operation. This allows
  19.       all entries that are to be
  20.       deleted or added to be entered at
  21.       one sitting and then letting
  22.       the program select the right file
  23.       for each record and delete it or
  24.       add it as requested.  The max
  25.       number of records that can be
  26.       deleted at one time is 100.
  27.       The max number of records that
  28.       can be added at one time is 200.
  29.       Any records not added or deleted
  30.       will be dumped to the printer so
  31.       that you can go back and check
  32.       your entries for accuracy.

  35.   4)  The (H) function allows printing
  36.       of user selectable files in
  37.       hardcopy listings or mailing
  38.       label format.  The (F) function
  39.       will allow printing of single
  40.           cords.

  43.   5)  The (J) Count Records function
  44.       delivers a hardcopy listing
  45.       of the number of records in each
  46.       file and the total number on the
  47.       disk.

  50.   6)  This a simple mailing routine,
  51.       however it does utilize some 
  52.       sophisticated functions
